Sushi
A popular Japanese cuisine called sushi can be found served at Ly Cuisine. Our sushi are freshly made only when ordered so we guarantee the freshness of taste. To some sushi is a fairly new dish, but to sushi lovers, it has been around for centuries.
So what is sushi anyway? Sushi is vinegared rice, usually topped with other ingredients, including fish, various meats, and vegetables. Sushi comes in many different types. They are served rolled inside a dried and pressed layer sheets of seaweed called makizushi.
Sushi can also be made with toppings laid with hand-formed clumps of rice, fried tofu, or toppings served scattered over a bowl of sushi rice. In the United States and other countries, sushi is sometimes misunderstood to mean raw fish. While sushi can be served raw, Ly Cuisine only carries cooked sushi.
